Core Stability Strengthening Classes

TRP offers Core Stability Strengthening classes on a regular basis. These classes are conducted at our clinic weekly. The trainer is one of our key Physiotherapists, Sasha Mills.

Sasha ensures a high level of supervision and individual instruction through small classes of up to four students. These classes are suitable for those with a history of pain along with those simply wishing to improve their postural endurance. We have busy lives and we often forget our back problems when the pain subsides, so the aim of these classes is to compliment our hands on treatment and to help you maintain good back health and core stability to prevent further problems.

Retraining your body's core stability is very important in treating many areas including:
